Cooperation

Depending on the customers needs we propose three traditional forms of cooperation: full-time, part-time and individual.

The full-time service means regular legal services for a particular entrepreneur at full scope, including requested by a client allocated time shifts at the client’s seat at a chosen time and hour. The contract states the amount of hours requested by a client and obliges us to be “ready” within those chosen hours. The service also includes conducting court cases. The payment is a fixed sum, based on the amount of hours requested and specified in the contract.

The part-time service means regular legal services for a particular client at full scope based on the hourly rate of pay- which means that a client does not have to cover the cost our services in the periods when it is not requested or in demand, but consequently the rate per hour is higher than the full-time service rate. The service, like the previous option, includes conducting court cases. This type of cooperation is recommended to clients who, due to the type and scope of their business activity, do not require a full-time legal service.

In addition, we also conduct cases of individual people and other subjects of rights. This type of cooperation mainly is suitable for people who are not self-employed or run their own business, and also criminal cases. This type of cooperation may also be of interest to private entrepreneurs who, due to the type and scope of their business activity, do not require a permanent legal service. The cost of legal advice is dependant on the type and complexity of a case and also on the necessary work effort.
